We are looking for AI Operations to join our tech team and play a key role in building and evolving knowledge bases (KB) that meet our AI requirements.
Your mission will be to ensure the quality, relevance, and continuous improvement of these knowledge bases while supporting the Ops team in their implementation. You will also propose initiatives to optimize our processes and ensure long-term operational excellence.
Missions :
Design and maintain knowledge bases aligned with our quality standards and nomenclature
Ensure the continuous evolution of knowledge bases in line with business and technological needs
Act as a point of reference for the Ops team in the use and application of knowledge bases
Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to optimize our processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the effective adoption of knowledge bases and related processes.
+3 years experience in Ops or process modeling through knowledge bases, ideally in a tech or start-up environment
Ability to synthesize / ability to factor complex processes
Strong understanding of customer support and knowledge management tools
Proven analytical skills to interpret data and guide strategic decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Team player mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and cross-functional environment
Problem-solving approach with a high level of autonomy
Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
