The position

Job description

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing several interconnected projects, ensuring successful coordination and delivery.

He/she will be responsible for:

  • Program Oversight: Oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with the strategic goals of the company. Provide direction and guidance to project teams.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate activities across different project teams, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are understood and met.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues across the program and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Track program budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure and report on the performance of the program, using KPIs and other metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient allocation of resources across different projects, balancing needs and priorities.

Preferred experience

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements :

💼 Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

🙎At least 10 years of experience in program management or related roles, with a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex programs.

🤝Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide international, cross-functional teams.

😁Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

📋Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets and resources effectively.

📅Proficiency in program management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

🤸 Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment while managing multiple priorities.

🤔Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
