Opal's team enjoys the flexibility of both hybrid and full-remote. About half of the team comes into the office in Paris, while the other half works remotely from other parts of Europe.
The team has quarterly meetups in different parts of the world, where it gets to connect, collaborate, rejoice, and play! Previous meetups have been in New York, Lisbon, Chamonix, as well as the countrysides of France and the UK.
