Tech team
Opencell is a real team of geeks, working on a modern open source stack (Java, ReactJS, Postgres...) and relying as much as possible on the latest technologies to guarantee performance and stability for its customers.
The team operates in a fast-paced environment, with frequent deliveries, often in response to customer requests.
The tech team, under the responsibility of our VP Engineering, is organized in the classic way around four poles:
- The architecture department, made up of engineers with extensive experience of the solution, who specify and validate the way in which evolutions are integrated into the software package.
- The back-end development department, which develops and tests the product's “engine”, exposing each feature via Restful APIs.
- The front-end development department, which creates the business portal that exposes Opencell's functionalities via a UX.

Organization and methodologies
Opencell works in full scrum agile mode, with cross-functional teams specialized in each functional area of the solution. Each PO is responsible for a cross-functional “full stack” team of architects, front-end developers, back-end developers and QA engineers.
