The position

Job description

As the Head of Quality Assurance, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the millions of images created and/or processed by our Solution each month meet client guidelines and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure all images align with client guidelines and quality expectations

  • Work with our clients to define and digest their visual brand guidelines

  • Maintain a continuous watch of imagery market dynamics and trends

  • Oversee and optimize the delivery process to ensure timely, high-quality outputs that meet Service Level Agreements

  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams and external partners to streamline workflows, improve our product and ML models, automate processes, and enhance overall efficiency

  • Develop and maintain standardized, documented processes for client deliverables, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects

  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of deliverables, implementing feedback loops to address any issues promptly

  • Support the Sales team by defining and refining service offers, ensuring they meet client needs and fit within our operational framework

  • Drive innovation in quality assurance practices by staying ahead of industry trends and integrating new tools and techniques


Preferred experience

  • Audiovisual Media studies, Post-production specialization

  • 5+ years working in photo editing

  • 2+ years managing teams

  • English & French full professional proficiency

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, high-scale production company, or tech-oriented company

  • Optimization mindset, process-oriented, creative and innovative

  • Image knowledge, perfectionist eye, objectivity to read an image
