OVRSEA is a next-generation multimodal freight forwarder committed to simplifying and optimizing international freight management through technology. They coordinate the transports of 700+ companies across 60 countries, and provide their clients with a unique platform on which their teams can manage their shipments in a simple and transparent way. The People team 😊

HR is a key function in a startup and an essential team at OVRSEA. As we grow internationally, the People team's role is crucial for both acquiring and developing our talented Ovrsoss. Talent Acquisition is a top priority at OVRSEA! As a key player in our development ambitions, you will be responsible for supporting the business by setting up a quality recruitment process, assisting hiring managers, monitoring all recruitments, and implementing new initiatives to improve our activities and increase our impact.

You will join a passionate and engaged team of four people and report directly to the Head of People. You will have full ownership of the Talent Acquisition activity globally.

Your role 🎒

1️⃣ Recruitment (60%)

- Own your recruitment processes for various profiles (Sales, Operations, Tech) in all markets, from sourcing to closing.

- Establish the best inbound and outbound recruiting strategies to attract candidates through various channels: sourcing on LinkedIn, communication, school presentations, referrals, etc.

- Act as a Business Partner: guide, support, and deliver a great experience to both candidates and hiring managers.

- Create a positive candidate experience: follow and coach candidates throughout their hiring process, highlighting our OVRSEA feedback-driven culture.

2️⃣ TA Enablement (20%)

- Support hiring managers in recruitment activities through our "Decentralized Hiring" model with coaching and help in developing candidate pipelines.

- Create and review processes and resources (templates, guides, etc.) to help interviewers recruit more efficiently.

3️⃣ Projects & Strategic Initiatives (20%)

- Monitor KPIs to demonstrate the efficiency of your sourcing and recruitment strategies.

- Define and implement projects: TA knowledge management, innovative sourcing techniques, employer branding initiatives, etc.

- Develop a strong understanding of the startup industry trends and recruitment tools.

- Be the face of OVRSEA’s culture internally and externally.

- You have at least 2 years of experience, including internships, in recruitment, sales, or HR.

- You speak both French and English fluently, and you will be able to recruit in various markets 🇫🇷🇮🇹🇪🇸🇺🇸

Recruitment process

- First screening call with Juliette (30 to 45 minutes)

- Interview 1 with Zoé and Juliette to dive into your experience and understand your motivation for OVRSEA and the role.

- Before Interview 2, you will be asked to complete a case study at home. The discussion during ITW2 will be based on your answers and presentation.
