Nous sommes confrontés·es à un défi de taille : garantir à notre produit la capacité de traiter un volume très important de transactions par jour et par seconde. Notre équipe travaille sans relâche pour concevoir des solutions techniques innovantes et assurer une scalabilité optimale, en s'appuyant notamment sur la puissance du cloud. Notre produit doit gérer en toute fluidité des volumes de transactions massifs, tout en maintenant des temps de réponse excellents.

Le volume de transactions par jour, le volume de transactions par seconde et le maintien d'un uptime proche des 100% sont des défis essentiels. Ils nécessitent des infrastructures robustes, des capacités de traitement optimisées, des ressources suffisantes et des mesures de redondance pour garantir que les systèmes peuvent gérer efficacement ces exigences critiques.

Recruitment process

  • Étape 3 : Test technique et rencontre avec un·e membre de ta future squad
  • Étape 4 : Rencontre avec l’Engineering Director

Payplug is a team of 350 passionate people dedicated to helping you achieve your greatest ambitions. We currently support 20,000 SMEs such as Hast and Plantes pour tous, as well as large groups such as Maisons du Monde, Veepee and kiwi.com. Payplug has been part of Groupe BPCE since 2017.

Located in the 13th arrondissement, their offices have been fitted out and decorated to create an efficient & lively working space, with coffee, tea and snacks available.

Life is punctuated by rituals:

  • A breakfast meeting every Monday; ”Thank God it’s Monday”
  • An aperitif on Fridays because... "Thank God it's Friday! With board games or online games for the volunteers ;)
  • Team activities every quarter (virtual or on-site Escape Games, wind tunnel, Bubble- football) and regular animations and small gifts (foosball and Mario-Kart tournament, pancakes party, blind test, cheese & wine tasting)
  • An annual retreat, the "Team Day", to look back on the successes achieved and relax around original activities!
  • And for the sportsmen and women, they regularly put together teams to take part in Parisian challenges: Mud Day, Tech Run, Five Soccer.
