JOIN OUR TEAM 👋

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Associate to join our NYC team and drive multi-channel campaign planning and execution, fueling revenue growth in North America. The ideal candidate is analytical — with experience using data to optimize lead-to-revenue processes and inform business decisions—as well as creative.

You will be a key member of the US Marketing team, reporting directly to the US Head of Marketing. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager in the US and collaborate extensively with the Global Marketing team based in Paris.

MISSIONS 💪

Campaign Planning & Execution (70%)

  • Develop and execute paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn and Google, from campaign ideation and creative brief development to execution and monitoring.
  • Drive high-impact partnerships: Plan, execute, and optimize sponsored webinars and strategic partnerships that align with our marketing objectives.
  • Develop targeted lead nurturing programs: Create and optimize automated email nurture campaigns to boost engagement and accelerate MQL conversions.
  • Streamline lead handoffs: Ensure seamless lead transitions for dedicated campaigns by managing assignment workflows and collaborating with sales teams for effective follow-up
  • MarketingOps and Data Analysis (30%)

  • Improve CRM efficiency: Collaborate with the global MarOps team to improve CRM workflows, refine lead routing and tracking systems, ensure data accuracy, and optimize lead scoring models for better sales and marketing alignment.
  • Leverage data-driven insights: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and sales alignment, enabling data-driven decision-making.
