Trainer: Help our clients understand how our products work and guide them in deploying the tools effectively.
Relationship Builder: Maintain strong relationships with our existing clients, present new features, share the product roadmap, and gather feedback to continuously improve our solutions—all while reducing customer churn.
Product Team Collaborator: Work closely with our Product team to share customer insights and market trends, directly contributing to our product roadmap.
Problem Solver: Handle minor customer requests efficiently by collaborating with the support team, ensuring client satisfaction.
Strategic Advisor: Guide clients on best business practices and identify opportunities for additional consulting or auditing services.
Client Advocate: Act as the bridge between clients and our technical delivery team, ensuring their needs for evolution are communicated and addressed.

Bilingual in English and French: You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
MS Office Enthusiast: You are skilled in using SharePoint and Teams.
