You will lead a portfolio of strategic brands and orchestrate the day-to-day activities, partnering with client and building strong business relationships.
You will report to the Business Lead.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent the agency and build strong relationships with the client
- Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
- Work with strategy, creative & medical content to develop the strategic positioning and creative ideas and partner with the other departments to present and sell the work to the client
- Lead presentations with clients
- Become the expert in the business goals, global strategies and local marketing needs to be able to have conversations with the client and develop strong POVs.
- Assure a long-term relationship with the client
- Supervise and bring to development campaigns and productions
- Create the scopes of work and manage agency budgets and profitability
- Manage a project manager
- 8+ years of experience as a senior account director in a healthcare communication agency
- Experience in global business
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing
- Clear understanding and experience in how to create a campaign from start to finish: creative, medical storytelling, strategy, media, production
- Good to have an initial understanding of how to use audiences and data to influence a strategic brief
- Experience in creating scopes of work and monitoring profitability
- Ability to lead senior client relationships with clear strategic and creative POVs based on business needs and objectives.
- Ability to manage and grow a project manager
- Fluent in both French and English mandatory
