The opportunity:

As part of our dynamic Tech team, you'll join the Engine squad, where you'll apply advanced machine learning and data-driven techniques to optimize our monetization engine.
Our goal is to offer a tailor-made ad stack for every user, ensuring the best user experience while maximizing revenue for our publishers.
You’ll work alongside talented engineers in a collaborative environment that values innovation and technical excellence.
In addition to solving complex optimization challenges, you’ll contribute to our research efforts by documenting progress and breakthroughs, driving both business impact and scientific innovation.
What will you do?
Utilize advanced machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques to enhance the performance and efficiency of the monetization engine, ensuring maximum revenue generation for publishers while maintaining an exceptional user experience.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform optimization strategies, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes within the team.
Document research progress, methodologies, and findings related to optimization efforts, preparing detailed reports for the CIR submission that highlight innovations and improvements.
Work closely with engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into the Ad Management platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and technical requirements.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, applying new techniques and tools to continuously improve the monetization engine and contribute to the company's innovative capabilities.
