As a key member of our product team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, enhancing sales enablement, and bridging the gap between our product development and sales efforts.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence how we present our innovative AI solutions to a global market and contribute significantly to our mission to facilitate decision-making in healthcare with data. You will support our market research, product roadmap and business growth, including the expansion into the US market.
What you will do 👊
Collaborate closely with sales, engagement and engineering teams to develop compelling product packages and go-to-market strategies.
Develop and execute product marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our AI solutions to target clients across global markets.
Act as a bridge between product development and market feedback, ensuring alignment on product features and client needs.
Translate complex product features into clear and compelling messaging that resonates with our target audiences.
Contribute insights and ideas to the product roadmap based on market research and feedback.
Create and deliver effective sales enablement materials to client in order to empower our sales team.
Who you are 😀
4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or enterprise software companies.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of sales enablement with experience creating materials that empower sales teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex concepts clearly.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and analytics to inform decision-making.
Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI and machine learning, and their applications in healthcare and insurance.
Fluency in English (both verbal and written); French and any additional languages are a plus.
Bonus skills 🤩
Experience in the healthcare industry, insurance, or financial services.
Familiarity with AI technologies and understanding of their business applications.
Experience with international product launches and marketing across multiple regions.
