We are hiring a Head of Enterprise Sales to launch & lead a new revenue stream for Dext with the integrated sales or Extraction as a Service (EaaS).
The role - what you’ll do:
Reporting directly to our GM in France, you'll be part of our vibrant French office of 49 talented professionals, collaborating closely with our dynamic global team. Have a look at our Team and hear about their experience and our culture.
Your Key responsibilities:
- Build and prioritise a list of high-potential target customers and create compelling first-contact strategies.
- Leverage connections from the FR GM, CPO & CEO to access key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to craft and enhance the sales pitch, including client extraction accuracy insights.
- Conduct competitive research to highlight key strengths and sharpen sales arguments.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to signature, including product demos, commercial and legal negotiations.
- Drive increased adoption of the Dext API among enterprise clients.
- Manage relationships with software vendors for product synergies supporting partner and direct channels.
- Work closely with the FR KA team to identify and share potential prospects based on their business needs.
What success looks like:
- Pipeline Growth: Generate and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise leads
- Sales Conversions: Drive leads to product discussions and close high value deals
- Revenue Impact : Deliver £2M+ ARR within 12 months while ensuring long term client retention
- Strategic Expansion: Build key enterprise partnerships to drive market penetration and product adoption
The skills and experience you'll need:

- Strong background in the API ecosystem with a proven track record in complex, long sales cycles, including legal negotiations.
- Bonus if you've worked in SaaS or the accounting industry.
- Bilingual in English & French.
- Understanding of APIs and ability to test and document software improvements.
- Skilled in pitching complex products and collaborating across technical and business teams.
- Strong project management and networking abilities.
- Hungry, humble, and curious with a proactive and reliable approach.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.
Key essentials for this role include:
- Proficiency in both French and English is required.
- Experience in API-based service sales is essential
- The role is focused on hands-on enterprise sales with no team management in the short term.
