Reporting to our Managing Director, we are hiring an experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead and scale our online acquisition strategy in a highly competitive SaaS environment.

You will directly manage a team of 4 persons (6 people within the whole marketing team) and focus on driving traffic and generating qualified leads to support business growth. You manage the marketing team and ensure performance in terms of customer acquisition. A great opportunity to shape a fast-evolving marketing department.

Your main tasks are as follows :

• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve acquisition targets.

• Develop and implement multi-channel traffic generation strategies.

• Work proactively on delivering each tactical approach themselves or with their team.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of various channels to optimize and make strategic decisions.

• Ensure continuous growth through Product-Led Growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

• Track and analyze KPIs to improve conversion rates.

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. You have proven experience in a senior position in online marketing, ideally within a SaaS or technology company. You have strong analytical skills and an excellent grasp of metrics to make data-driven decisions. You have strong management skills and real leadership ability to guide and inspire your team. You have a perfect command of English, and knowledge of French, Spanish, German or Italian would be a plus.
