Required profile

We are looking for a French native speaker sales representative to develop and be fully in charge of the French market on the B2B department: offer to hotels, companies & co-workings the best CSR coffee solution (coffee machine, coffee & tea from small artisans).

You will join the adventure from the beginning, and you will contribute to the growth of the company in Europe. You will work in a multicultural company & offices (job based in the city center of Paris).

☀️Vos missions ☀️

-Développer la part de marché et accompagner la croissance à travers une stratégie de prospection de nouveaux comptes clients sur une cible d’entreprises de 20 à 100 salariés, sur de la conversion de leads Inbound ;

-Commercialiser notre offre Café RSE auprès des entreprises de 20 à 50 salariés dans un premier temps puis sur des entreprises plus grandes (50 à 100 salariés)

-Acquérir et conseiller les prospects dans le but de faire croître la valeur de son portefeuille (CRM Salesforce) ;

-Négocier, piloter et établir les offres en respectant la stratégie commerciale et réaliser les actions de relance associées ;

-Travailler en synergie avec le reste de l’équipe des commerciaux et autres services internes ;

-Etre garant du respect de la politique commerciale et financière auprès de ses clients ;

-Effectuer un reporting sur les KPIs définis et assurer une veille concurrentielle sur son secteur.

⭐️ Concrètement ?

-Conquête des nouveaux clients par des leads Inbound.

-Cycle de vente moyen entre 1 et 4 mois.

-Cible d’entreprises de 20 à 50 puis 100 salariés.

● You are a SALES person: you contact your leads by phone and never give up!
● You already have sales experience (or feel you can do it!)
● You enjoy human relations. You are dynamic
● You are not afraid to pick up the phone and get a direct contact with the person in charge
You speak French native speaker level
● You are good at speaking English
● You are passionate or just very curious about the hot beverages market
● You build strong relationships with your partners, especially when it comes to great hot beverages :)
