The position

Job description

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing EMEA, you’ll be responsible for the following tasks on UK and Ireland: 

 

1. Sales marketing & communications 

  • Develop & lead the execution of a Marketing plan for UK and Ireland: identifying key customers/key verticals to target in the area, roll-out key messages and products/offers to highlight over the region etc. 

  • Create and deploy engaging customer success stories through business cases, videos, interviews... 

  • Support and amplify launches of connected stores fueled by the Vusion technology 

  • Define & execute the appropriate lead generation campaigns and channels to address the above-mentioned topics (social media, PR, videos, business case) and analyze their impact (ROI, KPI etc.) in order to be shared with stakeholders. 

  • Manage the relation with PR agencies to ensure alignment with the company’s communication strategies and goals. This includes briefing the agency on company objectives, providing necessary resources and information, and collaborating on PR campaigns to maximize media coverage and brand visibility. 

 

2. Costume Experience Center (CEC) 

 

  • Based on the Bentonville CEC, work with the agency and the partner on the layout and plan the interior design of the CEC in London.  

  • Ensure the design enhances the overall customer experience and highlights VusionGroup solutions. 

  • Coordinate with the product marketing and product teams the deployment of the necessary technology to display VusionGroup solutions. 

  • Select the curated range of products to display, create and respect the planogram.  

  • Train staff to provide exceptional customer service and product/solution knowledge. 

  • Coordinate regular events, workshops, and demonstrations to attract and engage visitors. 

  • Continuously monitor the performance of the CEC and identify areas for improvement. 

 

3. Events 

  • Define and lay out the yearly regional event in the area with the Event Marketing and in coordination with sales and partners : identifying major events (tradeshow, conferences, partners events...) 

  • Define and manage the yearly event budget / review after each quarter the actual budget consumption vs. planned 

  • Set targets (# of leads, opportunities, revenue generated) linked to the shows and review impact and ROI of shows. 

  • Ensure lead generation, improved awareness & visibility through events with the Communications and Event team. 

  • Ensure that the company’s visibility, the product awareness and positioning will be properly presented and amplified through shows. 

 

4. Account-Based Marketing  

  • Together with sales, implement the defined marketing actions for account base marketing strategy (e- mailing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, events, phoning campaigns...) and create a dashboard to follow up the results as well as a PowerPoint presentation to share with the sales team. 

 

5. Management 

  • Oversee the Marketing Operations Associate ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operation in UKI Marketing.  

  • Providing strategic direction, setting performance goals, and monitoring progress to ensure the achievement of marketing objectives in UKI region. 

  • Coach and mentor Marketing Operations Associate fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. 


Preferred experience

Qualifications:  

  • Graduated in Marketing, you have a significant experience in marketing with good track record in marketing/communication. 

  • You have a strong interest and experience for new technologies and want to grow in an international group, on a human scale, leader on its market and in full growth. 

  • Organized, tenacious, efficient and with excellent interpersonal skills, you are a quick learner and want to take responsibility for your work.  

  • You are willing to take responsibility in a demanding and ambitious company. 

  • Experience with CRM as Salesforce, adobe CC and LinkedIn/google AdWords is appreciated 

  • Languages: English mandatory and another language is a plus
