The team is composed of 7 people, and you will be under the responsibility of the Managing Partner.
During your internship, you will help the Institutional team on the following topics:
Project management for new fund-raising activities: preparation of dataroom, responses to investor questionnaires, quantitative market analysis,
Preparation and updating of marketing documentation (pitches) for different funds managed by Seven2,
Preparation of supporting documents for Annual General Meeting & Board of advisors,
Update Investor Relations databases, including investor/prospect lists, and improve tracking of LP/prospect contacts with LPs and prospects,
Update the Investors section of Seven2’s CRM,
Market watch (e.g. benchmarking performance of competing funds),
Help organize conferences.
Education: Master student in corporate finance or business school specializing in finance
Prior 6+ months experience in Private Equity, Transaction Services or Strategy Consulting
Master financial modeling in Excel
Master the creation of Powerpoint slides and Word memos
Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and in English
Professionalism, rigor, proactiveness, curiosity and strong motivation for Private Equity
During your first interview you will meet the two members in the team, then the HR team. You will have a final interview with the Managing Partner in charge of Investor Relations.
