As a Sustainability Analyst intern, you will:

• Support the annual ESG data collection campaign from portfolio companies

• Participate in portfolio company monitoring, including meetings preparation

• Work closely with portfolio companies to improve their impact and ESG performance

• Contribute to answering LPs’ ESG questionnaires

• Assist in preparing Seven2’s regulatory reporting requirements (SFDR, PAI, LEC29)

Note: As part of the broader value creation team, you may occasionally assist with other projects in areas such as pricing, purchasing, or AI.

• Education: Master’s student at a top-tier European business or engineering school

• Strong analytical, project management, and presentation abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Languages: Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English

• Personal Qualities: Autonomy, proactiveness, and strong motivation for sustainability and private equity

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Strategy Consulting, CSR, or ESG functions

The first interview is a case study with the Operating Associate Sustainability. During the 2nd interview, you will meet the Chief Sustainability Officer.
