As we embark on a new exciting journey, we are seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our Accounts Payable (AP) team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will lead a diverse team to drive efficiency and excellence in AP processes.

What will be your tasks?

  • Lead and develop a multinational and multicultural AP team.
  • Support your direct reports and colleagues in AP processes.
  • Drive improvement initiatives and process automation within the team.
  • Monitor measures to ensure the achievement of defined operational and quality targets (KPIs).
  • Evaluate, process, and support various customer requests, such as process analysis.
  • Collaboration with colleagues, managers, and other P2P teams on internal initiatives leading to higher efficiency and productivity increase.
  • Lead regular meetings with customers and resolve potential customer queries.

  • Experience in people management? You’ve got it, and it’s a big plus if you lead remote teams.
  • Knowledge of AP processes? That’s an advantage you bring to the table.
