As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Business Developer to accelerate the local development of our Dutch team in Haarlem.Position available immediately in Haarlem.The Business Developer will be responsible for developing our business with customers and helping to recruit consultants. You will be responsible for :-    Developing business: prospecting, responding to calls for tender, negotiating customer contracts, building loyalty among key account customers. You will provide solutions tailored to customers' needs and build a relationship based on trust and proximity. -    Participate in the recruitment of consultants.-    Defining resources and investments to ensure the successful development of projects.The benefits: -    Provision of the tools and training you need to carry out your tasks.-    Teleworking possibleProfile required :

-    Education: Engineering school or Business school (5 years' higher education).-    We value ambition, a taste for challenge, autonomy, rigour, the ability to listen and intellectual agility. -    Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to bring teams together. -    You are motivated by fast-growing, results-oriented environments.-    Fluency in English (fluent written/oral) AND Dutch. -    Experience in a consulting firm/ESN recommended, in a commercial or technical position.
