The position

Job description

You will join our Sales team as a Bid Manager. Your main task will be to supervise and participate in the response to French and international tenders. More precisely, you will be in charge of:

  • Monitor French and international tenders and select the tenders to which Sinay will respond,

  • Coordinate the preparation of responses to tenders,

  • Write content in French and English and select existing content,

  • Gather all the necessary documents to respond to the tender,

  • Analyze of successful and unsuccessful tenders to improve the quality of bidding and the rate of successful tenders.

  • Communicate with technical teams to gather technical and commercial information.

Our Sales team will be committed to offer you the best onboarding they can and pass on their expertise. You will report directly to Thierry (Head of Sales), and you could count on:

  • Tulug (Bid Manager),

  • Marion (Bid Assistant),

  • Déborah (Sales Support),

  • Alessio (Business Manager),

  • Martin (Account Executive),

  • Steven (International Sales Representative).


Preferred experience

What we are looking for:

  • General knowledge of public and private procurement,

  • Excellent understanding of the methods of responding to tenders,

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and respond to the client’s needs,

  • Very good writing and interpersonal skills,

  • Excellent organizational skills and strictness,

  • Leadership and soft management skills,

  • Fluent spoken/written French and English, other languages appreciated,

  • Knowledge of the maritime industries (marine renewable energies, fisheries, ports) and desire to continuously learn about new trends, competitors, and the market in general,

  • Knowledge about environmental impact assessments, passive acoustic monitoring, remote electronic monitoring, and SaaS products applied to maritime industries.


Recruitment process
