The position

Job description

You will join our Sales team and be in charge of:

  • Managing continuous improvement tasks: Monitor and update tasks related to continuous improvement, such as SharePoint management, CRM (HubSpot) updates, and other internal tools.

  • Preparing response templates: Create and maintain response templates for sales proposals and invitations to tender, ensuring that they are customized as required.

  • Updating employee CVs for inclusion in sales proposals or tenders.

  • Optimizing internal processes identifying opportunities for improvement in internal processes related to project management, bid preparation and document organization.

  • Assisting the Bid Management process, preparation and management of documents required to respond to calls for tender.


Preferred experience

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, marketing, IT or communications.

  • Good command of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Trello, Jira, Asana).

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and SharePoint.

  • Skills in database management and document updating.

  • Rigor and organization to manage multiple tasks and projects.

  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

  • Autonomy and ability to proactively identify and solve problems.

  • Good writing skills for the creation of documents and templates.

  • Sense of initiative and willingness to learn.
