The Reporting 21 team, along with the activities of the Cority group, is expanding in France and Europe, providing numerous opportunities for internal career advancement.
It is common for R21 to offer permanent positions to interns. Several of them have chosen to stay as CSR consultants after their internships, their experience allowing them to progress more rapidly to senior roles and, subsequently, managerial positions.
Margot discovered Reporting 21 as a client during her internship at Fnac Darty, where she contributed to the deployment of this solution for the group's CSR reporting. In October 2017, she joined the Reporting 21 team, then consisting of 4 people, dedicated to the development of consulting and software. As a consultant, Margot worked on the implementation of Reporting 21 for various clients and actively contributed to the company's growth in various roles.
Thanks to her expertise in sustainability issues, she quickly became a senior consultant, overseeing other consultants and contributing to the training and development of the company. Recently promoted to Manager, she now supervises senior consultants and focuses on sustainable finance regulations. Additionally, she plays an active role in integrating Reporting 21's offerings into the Cority service catalog.
Margot is an example of rapid progression at Reporting 21, where everyone can evolve and grow within a dynamic team.
Dimitri & Valentine joined R21 as interns to discover the world of CSR/ESG consulting, both of them decided to continue working with the company after their internship
During their internship, they were able to gain essential foundations of the consulting profession through time management, understanding the quality process, and developing their internal communication skills. In addition, their learning of methodologies such as carbon footprint and concepts in sustainable finance and regulations enriched their professional backgrounds. Furthermore, they were able to acquire various skills, using the Reporting 21 and ESG Data Exchange platforms along with ESG consulting, developing valuable versatility.
Valentine's interest in data-related topics and sustainability issues motivated her to continue her journey with Reporting 21 in a permanent position. Wanting to join a close-knit team, she found a balance within the Reporting 21 team between her interest in the missions and a pleasant, supportive, and dynamic working atmosphere. Furthermore, the clarity of career advancement prospects within the company also played a major role in her decision (formalized career evolution perspectives and transparent salary scale).
Dimitri's choice to join Reporting 21 in a permanent position was motivated by the impact of the CSR/ESG consulting profession and his keen interest in sustainability issues. The quality of relationships with colleagues and the supportive and committed atmosphere in the transition strengthened his attachment to the company. Moreover, opportunities for internal training and the possibility of acquiring new skills reinforced his conviction that Reporting 21 was the ideal place to continue his professional development.
Within the Reporting 21 team, each consultant is assigned a mentor, an experienced consultant, who guides them from the onset of their integration and supports their personal and professional development throughout their journey within the company.
The initial days for a consultant are structured by an onboarding program that allows them to familiarize themselves with the group and the team, and to begin delving into the technical subjects they will explore throughout their tenure.
Reporting 21 has also established a system of internal knowledge-sharing sessions on a weekly (1 hour) and monthly basis (every last Friday of the month). These sessions provide an opportunity for each team member to present their research on new regulations, share experiences from impactful projects, or offer insights and methods related to our internal expertise and deliverables. Reporting 21 further enhances the expertise of its consultants by engaging external training organizations for certification courses (e.g., Carbon Footprint Training).
Following Reporting 21's integration into the Cority group, the team benefits from an expanded catalog of online training programs, as well as opportunities for exchange and knowledge-sharing with teams worldwide.
per year
It is crucial for Reporting 21 that the team can come together for informal moments of relaxation and camaraderie. Weekly gatherings are organized, including "Sirsapéro" (a casual evening get-together), team breakfasts, and board game nights. Additionally, monthly evenings with meals are arranged (Christmas dinner, regional dinners, etc.).
Reporting 21 also hosts two annual seminars, providing the team with an opportunity to come together in a different setting, work on strategic topics, and enjoy outdoor activities.
