The position

Job description

💡Context

As a Tech Lead, you will join the software team, and will report directly to Benjamin, VP Engineering. You will have the opportunity to manage a team of 3 to 5 developers.

👉Your future missions

- Defining and tracking objectives of your team, conducting annual and professional interviews, and fostering squad dynamics.

- Sharing your technical expertise within the squad.

- Collaborating with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the roadmap.

- Defining and implementing major technological advancements with other Tech Leads and the VP of Engineering.

- Developing features while adhering to the highest quality standards.

- Enhancing our test pyramid.

- Regular technical monitoring and research.

🔧Tech Stack

Skaleet’s Core Banking Platform is a set of web and mobile applications, hosted in the cloud and delivered as a SaaS solution.

Here are the technologies we use daily:

  • Core system in PHP 8.2 / MariaDB

  • Modules in TypeScript

  • Mobile application in React Native

  • Web applications in ReactJS / Next.js

  • Infrastructure: Docker / Elastic Stack / RabbitMQ / OpenShift

  • Education: Master’s degree from an engineering school.

  • Experience: minimum of 4 years in a fintech or a bank as a Tech Lead

  • Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.

  • You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.

  • Bonus Points: Previous experience in an international or European setting is a plus.
