Team Description

The Computer Vision team lies at the heart of our mission to deliver precise and high-quality tracking data for sports. We leverage advanced Deep Learning and state-of-the-art Computer Vision techniques to extract the location, movements, and identity of every player and the ball directly from broadcast video.

We develop sophisticated algorithms that handle a variety of complex challenges, including player and ball detection, team clustering, and player recognition. The extracted data is then precisely mapped to 3D positions on the pitch using camera calibration. Tracking players and the ball in dynamic and changing environments is a major focus, ensuring accurate, reliable, and actionable data.

Job description

We are currently recruiting a Senior Computer Vision Scientist to work in the Computer Vision team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge algorithms while leading projects from concept to production. As a senior member, you are expected to have the capacity to oversee all stages of development, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute strategically to the team’s direction. Your creativity and force of proposal will be strong assets for this position.

• Graduate degree/PhD in engineering, computer science, mathematics or related field.

• 5+ years experience with Python usage in deep learning and/or computer vision.

• Experience with object detection and tracking, data manipulation and/or visualization.

• Excellent communication skills in English and in French
