The Creative Enhancements team is responsible for developing and optimizing ad formats, automation tools, and the core technologies that power sophisticated creative enhancements. We collaborate across multiple teams to deliver best-in-class products that deliver real value to our clients.
You will collaborate with the Director of Product Management for Advertiser products and other product functions to contribute to the strategy for Sharethrough's ad products offering.
You will support every step of the product development cycle, including market research, product design, experimentation, and go-to-market strategies
What you'll do:
Lead the development and expansion of our Creative Enhancement Suite, focusing on improving performance and introducing new, innovative capabilities.Collaborate closely with engineers to develop and maintain the **enhancement engine**, which processes creatives and powers our ad enhancement tools.Oversee multiple API integrations, ensuring seamless functionality with internal and external systems to enable creative enhancement content.Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through product design, experimentation, and go-to-market strategies.Work with key business stakeholders, strategic advertiser partners, and product marketing to define product strategy and bring enhancements to market.Drive the adoption of Generative AI technologies to improve creative output and automate complex workflows.Track key business and product metrics, constantly optimizing to improve user experience and product performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our creative enhancement solutions are integrated and utilized effectively across all user-facing applications.Build and maintain a feedback loop with agency teams, traders, and advertisers to identify opportunities for product differentiation and enhancement.Who You Are:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in adtech or a 2-sided marketplace environment.Comfortable balancing technical challenges with customer-centric solutions, with a strong understanding of the adtech industry and digital ad products.Experience working with Generative AI and related technologies to drive automation and creative enhancement.Proven track record in building tools, automating workflows, and launching successful products that drive revenue.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and a hands-on approach to product development.Proficient in data analysis and familiar with SQL (basic understanding is a plus).Passionate about user-centric product development, with a strong focus on innovation and strategic differentiation.
