As Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead end-to-end marketing operations, from sales enablement to lead and customer management, including orchestrating field activities in your area(s) and/or global projects. You will work closely with the Product Marketing, Content, Digital Marketing and Communications team and will support business unit managers and other relevant stakeholders, with the following objectives: lead generation, brand awareness and contribution to customer success and acquisition.
Your missions :
- Define and execute the operational marketing plan for your geography/project.
- Work in close collaboration with other teams in the marketing department, in order to offer localized and relevant omnichannel go-to-markets.
- Manage operations for internal and external, online and physical events (local kick-offs, customer seminars, trade shows, conferences, etc.)
- Work closely with our Fintech partners to co-organize events.
- Support sales teams to generate sales leads, particularly via an ABM approach
- Maintain and enrich the database of prospects and customers.
