Role Description

As a Real Estate Technical Project Management Intern, you will work closely with a Project Director to help our clients align their IoT/data architecture with their portfolio strategy and design new tenant services. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in real estate, IoT technology and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Support project execution: Assist in managing end-to-end smart building upgrade and data collection projects.

• Contractors’ coordination: Help source and coordinate contractors for IoT installations, repairs, and maintenance

• Administrative management support: Purchase orders and invoicing follow-up, monitoring letters, reports, DOE assembly as work progresses, etc

• IoT Maintenance: Contribute to IoT system upkeep and liaise with internal teams.

• Building Visits & Research: Participate in building audits, site visits, and stakeholder interviews (asset managers, architects, contractors).

• Innovation & Strategy: Research innovative IoT products and digital solutions for potential integration aiming to improve our operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing last year master’s degree in engineering, real estate, or a related field.

• Languages: Fluent in French and English (any other European language is a plus).

• Hard skills: General knowledge of industrial networks and Internet of Things (IoT), constructions methods, and data systems.

• Soft skills: Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities. Internal teams shall include data engineers, business and product development.
