Square Sense integrates IoT data with comprehensive building information to provide an analytical platform that helps real-estate asset managers make informed decisions.
As a member of the Onboarding Team, you will work closely with account managers and IoT engineers to analyze and interpret building and IoT data, integrating it into the Square Sense platform and ensuring its accurate use by end-user applications. Additionally, you will work with data analysts and data engineers to debug and troubleshoot the data processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze diverse building documentation (e.g., floor plans, rent rolls, IoT installation plans, etc.), convert it into structured formats to be processed by our internal tools.
Configure the software according to the agreed specifications, based on the client’s needs and analyzed documentation.
Test the data processing after configuration to ensure proper functionality.
Provide support after deployment to troubleshoot issues or adjust settings.
Troubleshoot the data processing using the internal tools (may require use of SQL, Python) to identify and resolve issues related to asset metadata or IoT data.
Report issues in data quality or data processing and collaborate with real-estate asset managers, product managers, software developers and external partners to address and resolve them.
Education requirements:
Required Skills:
Excel: for data manipulation
Windows and Linux: familiar with both operating systems and command line
SQL: For data querying, analysis, and system debugging.
Organization and analytical skills: To standardize information from various document formats.. To manage and process multiple documents efficiently and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Problem-solving: To diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
Communication: To report issues and collaborate with team members.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and perseverance
Written and spoken fluency in English
Optional Skills:
Basic knowledge of Python for running the software, understanding the code.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar software to interpret and work with dashboard development.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
