Job description

Collaborate with the Global Trade Marketing Director to establish the annual Trade marketing plan and develop Global Trade marketing tools. Lead the global marketing strategy roll-out among the priority countries. Reports to the Global Trade Marketing Director.

 

Strategic Marketing:

  • Provide strategic marketing recommendations to countries: product portfolio (assortments, launches and delistings), marketing investment priorities (per range, per segment, per channel), annual trade plan, merchandising, 360 go-to-market activations, pricing, etc.

  • Ensure efficient brand equity representation and implementation across countries. Create brand launch tool kits and guidelines.

  • Contribute to local budget construction and efficient "glocal" marketing adaptations: local amplification of global strategy, contribution to local marketing calendars, or corrective actions based on Global Plan and kpi dashboard monitoring.

  • Develop country tracking tools: sell-in, sell-out, performance analysis, competitive intelligence etc.

  • Monitor Campaign kpi dashboards and conduct competitive campaign insights. Drive POSM, GWP and promos stocks and liaise with countries for stock forecasts/orders.

 

Country communication:

  • Liaise between global and local teams and between countries: work closely with markets and Area Directors, spread best practices, animate community of marketers, collect relevant local feedback and identify needs on products and campaigns, support vertical experts (medical, digital) in the local execution of their global strategy.

  • Ensure relevance and update of DAM platform.

  • Ensure efficient on-going communication process with countries.

  • Prepare and animate the seminars and key international meetings.

 

Management:

Develop, guide and manage a Team of 2 Area Marketing Managers and 1 Apprentice.

  • Master in Marketing / Business School
