The position

Job description

As a Sales (Senior) you will focus on this emerging market, where Flexcity France aims to be a market leader. 

 

You will be part of our commercial team and your role is divided in:

  • Sales - 80%

    • Extend the flexibility portfolio in France by prospecting, negotiating and signing new contracts in different heat-intensive industries

    • Represent Flexcity in professional events, seminars and workshops

    • Set up and execute our sales strategy

    • Account Management : Manage a relationship and represent the existing customers, to keep a high degree of satisfaction of our services. This is done with the support of the portfolio team dedicated to our operations

       

  • Admin - 20% 

    • Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and dashboards for internal reviews and team meetings

    • Handle contracts, invoices, and proposals, ensuring timely submission and compliance with company policies.

Preferred experience

Hard Skills

  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch, trilingual being a strong plus

  • Commercial experience in the industrial sector: ability to discuss opportunities with plant and energy managers within utilities, industrial companies or intensive electricity or heat consumers

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Business development & sales expertise: Proven experience in identifying opportunities, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.

  • Account management: Skilled in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term partnerships.

  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with one or more of the following sectors is a clear advantage:

  • Energy or electricity markets in France.

  • Industrial sectors in France.

  • Flexibility services and solutions.
