As a Sales (Senior) you will focus on this emerging market, where Flexcity France aims to be a market leader.
You will be part of our commercial team and your role is divided in:
Sales - 80%
Extend the flexibility portfolio in France by prospecting, negotiating and signing new contracts in different heat-intensive industries
Represent Flexcity in professional events, seminars and workshops
Set up and execute our sales strategy
Account Management : Manage a relationship and represent the existing customers, to keep a high degree of satisfaction of our services. This is done with the support of the portfolio team dedicated to our operations
Admin - 20%
Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and dashboards for internal reviews and team meetings
Handle contracts, invoices, and proposals, ensuring timely submission and compliance with company policies.

Hard Skills
Fluent in English and French or Dutch, trilingual being a strong plus
Commercial experience in the industrial sector: ability to discuss opportunities with plant and energy managers within utilities, industrial companies or intensive electricity or heat consumers
Strong written and oral communication skills
Business development & sales expertise: Proven experience in identifying opportunities, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
Account management: Skilled in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term partnerships.
Industry knowledge: Familiarity with one or more of the following sectors is a clear advantage:
Energy or electricity markets in France.
Industrial sectors in France.
