The position

Job description

We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and hands-on Global Mobility Partnerships Manager that will unlock key business opportunities and accelerate our go-to-market through key partnerships. Your role will be key in taking the company to the next stage by enabling better collaboration through data between operators and cities.

🎯 Your missions :

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities as well as manage the pipeline of partnerships: identify and directly contact new potential business leads, educate prospects, negotiate and close deals
  • Develop key global partnerships in the regions with leading transport operators, fleet managers, OEMs and other business partners in the mobility industry, and enroll them within the Vianova platform
  • Manage the relationship with our portfolio of partners, including engaging them on product features, marketing activities, existing and new business offerings
  • Attend industry events to build your network, target the key prospects and arouse the ecosystem’s interest regarding our solutions
  • Develop Vianova partnerships playbook for growing the team, including trainings, sales best practices, and business goals
  • Provide frequent reports of sales, new partnerships and overall performance
  • Collect product feedback from partners, and help shape the product roadmap

Preferred experience

About you:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent from a leading university or business school
  • 3+ years experience in business development, strategic consulting, or software enterprise sales, at a high growth company
  • Proven experience in driving key partnerships, developing new business opportunities and closing deals
  • Strong commercial track record of achieving and exceeding objectives
  • Fluency in English and, if possible, one other European language
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, bringing ability to quickly build trust and respect in our industry with internal and external partners
  • Maker spirit and grit: we are looking for someone passionate, entrepreneurial and go-getter, with a strong work ethic as well as a genuine interest in the company’s mission
  • Preferably with an extensive network in the transportation/mobility industry

  3. fully remote exercise or case study to evaluate your hard skills
  4. debriefing your exercise and projecting yourself in the company (~60min)
