The role can be based in Berlin or Munich, with occasional remote possible

🎯 Your missions :

As General Manager for Germany you will:

Kick-start Virtuo in Germany

• Launch Virtuo in Germany by opening Berlin and Munich in the first few months
• Run complex, on-the-ground, day-to-day operations
• Take overall responsibility of local P&L
• Take overall responsibility for ensuring customer happiness

Grow and expand massively operations and customer base

• Execute an ambitious expansion plan in the region and reach topline targets
• Develop key commercial relationships including fleet partners, car parks, airports, railways and insurance providers
• Build the Virtuo brand and proposition in Germany, find opportunities to raise our profile via PR and media activation
• Be the voice and face of Virtuo with media & government stakeholders in the country

Build and manage a top talent and highly efficient team

• Build a complementary team: operations to manage the cars day-to-day, marketing to promote our service locally and sales to develop the B2B offer
• Be an exemplary manager for the team by taking responsibility for important issues, removing major hurdles and encouraging initiative
• Report to the COO and work closely with the Paris-based central team
• Champion your region, influence our product and technology roadmap

• 5-8 years of work experience in high-growth tech companies, consulting, investment banking. Previous experience in mobility or the automotive industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to build a high performing team

• Hands-on but also able to take a step back and have a strategic overview
• Highly organized, capable of creating structure and building strong processes
• Focused on building partnerships and long-term relationships
• Exceptional interpersonal skills at all levels: optimistic, open, and highly likable
• Fluent in German and English,
