Volta has created a data collection and enrichment ecosystem for curated EP lab data which is fed into a physician validated, machine learning methodology to support complex AF solutions. Our newest technology, Volta AF-Xplorer, is a data-driven AI decision support system that easily integrates into the standard physician workflow, providing a patient-tailored approach to complex AF and AT procedures.

  • Missions

  • Within the field team based in Germany and under the supervision of the Regional Business Director, the Field technical Engineer will be responsible for:
  • Solution installation: lead the deployment and installation of our solutions in hospitals, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Technical support: deliver prompt and efficient technical support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving cases effectively.
  • Collaboration with medical teams: foster strong working relationships with physicians and operating room teams, optimizing the utilization of our solutions.
  • Customer relations: act as the primary point of contact for customers, cultivating strong relationships and representing our products as a dedicated ambassador.
  • Communication with European team: maintain regular, open communication with the European team to stay updated on ongoing work and upcoming developments.
  • Profile

  • You are either based in Munich or in South Bavaria
  • You ideally have medical devices sales experience in electrophysiology, cardiac pacing and related industries.
  • You have minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • You are bilingual in German and fluent in English
  • You are a team-player, mature, results orientated
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational planning skills
