The position

Job description

As a Business Developer Apprentice at WeWard, you will have the opportunity to work on the entire sales cycle and actively contribute to our growth, with a lot of autonomy and large room for innovation. Your main tasks will include:

  • 🔨 Working on the entire sales cycle: sourcing, prospecting, sales, and closing.

  • 📃 Signing commercial partnerships: developing strong relationships with major accounts.

  • 👥 Interacting with C-Level executives of international companies: CTO, CRO, CEO, HR Manager, etc.

  • 🧠 Creating marketing campaigns: designing and launching innovative campaigns to attract and retain customers.

  • ⚙️ Managing the existing customer portfolio: ensuring the satisfaction and retention of current customers.

  • 🔌 Improving sales processes: optimizing commercial approaches and tracking KPIs to ensure optimal performance.

  • ⏱️ Tracking and analysis: analyzing various performances to improve the quality of offers and optimize retention.

Main Verticals:

  1. WeWard Enterprise Offer: An initiative to combat sedentary lifestyle in companies, with a charitable dimension centered on walking.

  2. Special Operations Offer: Developing tailor-made campaigns for our partners, aiming for various objectives such as visibility, e-commerce, and/or physical conversion, and branding.


Preferred experience

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic intern with the following qualities:

  • Education: Bac+4/5.

  • Prospecting skills: comfortable with cold emails and creating contact networks.

  • Customer follow-up: ability to follow a client, ensure satisfaction, and create long-term relationships.

  • Affinity with digital and entrepreneurship: passion for startups and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Recruitment process

  1. An initial 30-minute discovery interview via video call with Alfred, your future manager, where you will discuss your experience, aspirations, and WeWard.

  2. A second one-hour interview with Alfred and Olivier (Chief Revenue Officer), which will take the form of a case study, and during which there will be a discussion about your future role.

  3. A final, more informal interview with the rest of the Revenue team members.
