WhiteLab Genomics is looking for a motivated Gene Therapy Intern to support our Early-Preclinical Research team. Under the guidance of the Head of Early-Preclinical Research, you will contribute to ongoing research activities and gain hands-on experience in gene therapy projects. This internship is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced biotech environment and collaborate with computational scientists and external partners.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact…

  • Support the design and execution of in vitro studies to characterize and validate molecular libraries and engineered vectors.

  • Help analyze experimental data in collaboration with computational scientists and generate preliminary reports.

  • Assist in coordinating outsourced experimental work with external collaborators and ensuring project follow-up.

  • Stay informed on the latest scientific developments in gene therapy and propose relevant improvements to current projects.

  • Contribute to the preparation of internal presentations and scientific documents.


Preferred experience

We’re Eager to Meet You If you…

  • Are pursuing a Master’s degree (or recently completed) in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a related field.

  • Have a basic understanding of gene therapy, vector biology, or molecular biology techniques (experience with in vitro studies is a plus).

  • Are curious, organized, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.

  • Possess strong communication skills and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team.

  • Have a good command of English (French is a plus).
