WITH Is looking for a junior profile to support the accomplishment of 2 main missions:

1/ Editorial Digital Consultant (50%)

For a dedicated client in the fashion industry, you’ll be the project owner of a specific work stream.

  • Project management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for a specific client, overseeing all aspects of project management.

    • Ensure the successful execution and follow-up of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

  • Newsletter Production:

    • Each month find & pitch a trendy topic in social media to client teams.

    • Write and produce a monthly newsletter, up to 1000 words, focusing on global social media trends.

    • Craft engaging and editorialized content with compelling storytelling and a clear key message.

  • Video Production:

    • Develop and produce videos based on highlighted social media trends to be shared across various communication channels.

    • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure videos are engaging and align with the client’s brand.

  • Daily News Feed:

    • Curate and share three daily news items related to social media, summarizing each in one sentence to capture audience attention.

    • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and news to provide timely and relevant content.

2/ Junior Digital Consultant (50%)

You’ll be supporting the Digital Consultants at WITH in producing deliverables for mission related projects.

The main missions of Junior Digital Consultant are the following :

  • Audit & Benchmarking:

    • Conduct comprehensive audits and benchmarking across various industries.

    • Develop and refine methodologies to deliver a holistic overview of the digital ecosystem related to specific topics.

  • Analysis & Synthesis:

    • Analyze benchmarking data to identify key insights and trends.

    • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and key pillars for strategic decision-making.

  • Presentation & Communication:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of your findings to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

    • Ensure clarity and impact in all communications, adapting your style to suit diverse audiences.

  • Trend Research:

    • Continuously explore and research emerging digital trends and topics.

    • Stay informed about the latest developments in the digital landscape to provide innovative solutions and insights.


Preferred experience

  • Master’s degree preferred in communication or journalism (e.g. CELSA). 

  • +1 years of experience in Communication Digital Marketing with international exposure.

  • Previous experience in a beauty/fashion brand, digital agency or tech/digital platform is preferred.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Have basic understanding of digital platforms & their marketing ecosystem, like content trends, live-streaming, advocacy, etc. Ideally have a successful case to demonstrate this experience.

  • Proactive temperament, strength of proposal, ability to work independently with a lot of freedom of action.

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with senior-level leaders.

  • Ability to balance between a robust analytical capability and strong relationship skills.

  • Perfectly at ease with English and French.
