You have at least 7 years of coding experience (back-end / full stack) and you want to keep coding at least half of your time!
You have at least one significant prior experience managing a full-stack engineering squad (2-3 years)
You demonstrate strong leadership to guide your team, backed by extensive technical expertise for coaching and a pragmatic mindset for identifying clear, effective solutions.
You’re comfortable:
Building, running and continuously iterating on squad rituals that fit your squad’s context and foster efficiency & velocity.
Collaborating with cross-functional counterparts: PM, Product Designer.
Supporting and coaching your IC direct reports, and giving them regular feedback to help them grow in alignment with wider company goals.
