You will be part of the Sales & Marketing team within Estuaire. In your role you will be in charge of the following main activities:
Strategic marketing (25%) : you will build and maintain our marketing playbook which includes
Defining key personae
Selecting the most appropriate marketing channels to maximize our reach
Monitoring and reviewing the performance of those channels to adapt the playbook
Managing marketing-related budget : events, paid channels
Marketing execution (60%) : you will build stellar content leveraging your aviation and climate expertise, including
Writing white papers, preparing and conducting webinars, posting on social media to educate on the climate impact of aviation and show thought leadership on the matter
Boosting online visibility deploying best Search Engine Optimization techniques and social media presence
Managing the brand and its appearance, occasionally leveraging designer support
Participating to events and being an ambassador of our work
Sales operations (15%) : you will work together with the sales team to ensure smooth joint processes
Following the qualification of leads
Co-managing our CRM and triggering meetings with the sales team
Make sure sales have relevant content to engage with leads
We are looking for the following qualifications but do not worry if not matching all of them:
Master degree in Business/Marketing/Communication or a related discipline.
4-5 years of B2B marketing experience in an aerospace company
Genuine interest for our company mission
Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to create and pitch compelling marketing materials
Fluent in french is a plus but not necessary, we speak english day to day
