The position

Job description

XAnge is seeking an Investor Operations Manager to support our investment team performance and smooth day-to-day operations. The goal of this role is to define and execute critical tools and strategies to enhance the efficiency of our investment team and foster accountability among teams so they can excel in their core business.

The Operations Team at XAnge is composed of 8 members (Communication, Startup Success, LP Success, and Office Management), led by Guillaume Meulle, Managing Partner and Pauline Paquet, Director of Operations.

Your goals

This role requires strong organizational abilities, and a ‘doer’ mindset. Your primary mission will be to:

  • Be the owner of CRM data hygiene and optimize efficiency

  • Partner with the investors to understand their operational needs and challenges by Propose and enhance workflows

  • Implement new solutions (processes, tools, or frameworks) tailored to specific investment workflows.

  • Support the investment team throughout the deal process, ensuring all administrative, legal, ESG, and onboarding requirements are met.

  • Provide support and training to team members on operational tools and processes to ensure adoption and consistency.

  • Create and maintain a repository of operational guidelines and Organize training sessions and ensure referents and team members are equipped to use the tools effectively.

  • Promote a data-driven culture by ensuring data quality and integrity across all tools and systems.

  • Coordinate with other departments (Startup Success, Comms, Legal) to ensure the investment team’s needs are considered in cross-functional projects.


Preferred experience

  • Starting in september (for 1 or 2 years)

  • IT school or a background in coding (mainly JS and python)

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt solutions to diverse needs.

  • Organizational and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with investment/finance processes, data tools, and operational platforms (e.g., Airtable, HubSpot, Notion).

  • A passion for driving efficiency, promoting collaboration, and empowering teams.
