We're the Booking.com of the beauty industry, proudly boasting a network of over 50,000 partner salons across 13 countries, facilitating a whopping 8 million bookings every month.

Your opportunity with us:Shape the future of the beauty landscape and help salons take their business to greater heights. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be based in Antwerp or its immediate surroundings, with a territory that includes the vibrant cities of Antwerp and Ghent. This role requires frequent visits to partner salons, making proximity to this region essential. You’ll be responsible for driving successful on-site customer acquisition, actively seeking out and connecting with potential partner salons (B2B), managing the entire sales process, and securing valuable partnerships for Treatwell.

Your role:

  • As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be based in Antwerp and regularly work on-site within your territory, which includes Antwerp and Ghent. This role requires frequent visits to partner salons, making proximity to this region essential.
  • Research and find professionals in the beauty and wellness sector in your region using various methods, such as phone, internet, CRM, social networks, and especially in-person visits at the salons.
  • Schedule appointments and handle sales independently until the deal is closed.
  • Clearly explain the features of our SaaS product and the Treatwell marketplace.
  • Finalize contracts and successfully onboard new partners.
  • Maintain detailed records of all activities in Salesforce.
  • Keep an eye on competitors and collect feedback to continuously improve our sales strategies.
  • Analyze your performance to exceed your goals.
  • Promote teamwork and motivate the entire team.
