Head of Sales - France

Driving growth across France, the Head of Sales will lead a talented Sales Team in digitising the hair and beauty industry.

A collaborative leader, you’ll inspire and guide your team in delivering an exceptional partner experience - from lead generation through to pitching and closing. Our sales team do more than just “sell”, they’re consultative and add value in every interaction, while explaining the long-term benefits of partnering with Treatwell.

An influential member of our international team, you’ll support Treatwell’s Supply strategy, from opening in new segments, markets and key accounts to extend Treatwell’s reach and transform the industry. You will be responsible for:

  • Adapt and execute the acquisition strategy to the local market, setting up targets, defining market opportunities while analysing trends and competition
  • Managing, motivating and continuously training  a team of field, inbound and outbound business developers and team leaders
  • Drive growth targets including increasing our salon acquisition, down the funnel conversions for individuals and teams
  • Hire and onboard new talent 
  • Continuously optimise our processes and best practise, making scalable improvements to our partner acquisition journey
  • Monitor and track team performance, recognising high-performers and those that need more development
  • Conduct weekly update sales meeting and present performance of team
