Because we are convinced that profiles and talents’ diversity within our international network maintaining a virtuous balance, we care to give all our employees the same chance to reach their professional objectives.
For the fifth year in a row, the Group had given the micro to these 1600 employees through a satisfaction internal survey: the Funometer. 16 questions to evaluate 6 main themes: “my job, my branch, my management, my professional development, my company and my environment”.
In 2024, we are proud to have increased all our rates for the second year running.

Anouk Garnier, double world champion in OCR (obstacle course racing), a little-known, predominantly male sport in which our warrior shines with determination and unfailing mental strength and has represented CLASQUIN since 2019. Unstoppable: Anouk has broken the World Record of the longest rope climb inside the Eiffel Tower.
Anthony, IT Project Manager at CLASQUIN during the week and multiple record-breaking middle-distance runner on weekends, has been a true source of inspiration for our teams around the world since 2022.
