Recruitment process

Fintecture

The recruitment process is broken down into several steps: first, candidates go through a pre-qualification process with one of our Talent Acquisition consultants to learn more about their technical skills and soft skills. This allows us to evaluate their expectations.

If we feel like there's a match, the second step will be a remote interview with our CTO and Head of Engineering in order to evaluate the candidate’s soft skills and technical skills.

The final phase is with our Chief People Officer who will ensure the future employee will be a good fit with the team and that he or she has a good grasp of the company's way of working.
