The Go-To-Market (GTM) department combines the Sales & Marketing teams.
This international team, working together across France, the UK and North America, shares the common goal to grow the number of Enterprise customers.
Today, we focus on two main acquisition channels:\n\n- Outbound by targeting the right companies with the right message at the right time. Events by organizing our own exclusive events (lunch, dinner, etc) and attending worldwide HR conferences.

The Customer Onboarding, Care & Success team is responsible for onboarding our (many) Entreprise clients, making sure they use Maki to its fullest potential and that they achieve their goals with Maki!
The team is made of Onboarding & Care specialists, as well as Customer Success Managers, each of them having specific missions and goals; but yet complementary roles in the customer journey.
As Maki is gearing up for ever more exciting times, the OB&S team is currently focusing on setting up our Customer and Care departments, designing, improving and implementing our onboarding and care processes and tools, and monitoring impact metrics.

The Operations team is responsible for the creation and continuous improvement of our tests, including the creation of new forms of skill-based assessments. The test creation process encompasses several phases: crafting the test roadmap, creating content, supporting the Science team on running experiments, scaling our item banks and bringing the new tests to life on the platform, leveraging all available features.
We are in the exciting journey of automating the process at scale leveraging Artificial intelligence at all steps, from skill recommendation to content creation as well as customization according to the context of our customers.
Beyond our focus on test creation, we place a strong emphasis on candidate experience. We actively seek and welcome feedback from candidates to identify specific actions that can help us refine and enhance their recruitment journey, striving for continuous improvement every day.

The Science team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the assessments offered are grounded in rigorous scientific research and methodologies. We are responsible for developing, validating, and continuously improving the assessments used to evaluate job candidates. Our work often involves the application of psychometrics to create reliable and valid assessments that can predict job performance, cultural fit, and growth potential.
We also employ machine learning algorithms to build bespoke, in-house AI models. This innovative integration of technology allows us to build even more sophisticated assessment tools that can adapt and learn from a vast array of data inputs, ensuring that the assessments remain at the cutting edge of accuracy and relevance in predicting candidate success.
Through this blend of psychometrics and advanced AI, we ensure that the company's assessments are unparalleled in their ability to inform hiring decisions and talent development strategies.
Our Tech team conceives, designs and develops the recruitment experiences of tomorrow.
Made up of Product Managers, Product Designers and Software Engineers, our Tech team works in concert with our recruiting customers, our candidate users and all Maki's internal teams, using the latest technologies, in particular artificial intelligence, to build experiences that will enable us to recruit more effectively, more objectively and build more diverse teams
