Through our Choose Your Workplace program, we offer employees the opportunity to choose the work environment that best suits their needs. To do this, we offer two ways of working:
- Flex Remote: This is for employees who live in Paris and Ile-de-France. There is no mandatory office day: you come to the office when it makes sense for you, your manager, and your team, depending on your schedules. Each team has a dedicated flex-office space, and you can take advantage of our workspace in the heart of Paris as much as you wish.
- Full Remote: This is for employees who live elsewhere in France. Regardless of your city, you can choose between working from a co-working space or having office equipment delivered so you can work from home. You are encouraged to come into the office once a month to stay connected with your team and Welcome to the Jungle colleagues. We will cover your travel expenses and your stay in Paris.
