As Global Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing and optimizing strategic partnerships at the global level.
You will work closely with founders and internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) and external teams (partners, customers, etc.) to identify growth opportunities, improve competitiveness and maximize the value of commercial alliances.

You will join the Sales team made up of 5AE and 2 KAM. Your role will be to multiply our strike zone to support our commercial efforts in international territories (North America and EMEA)

1.Development of the alliance strategy

  • Collaborate with the founders and the Ops team to define the medium and long term alliance strategy, in line with business objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs and the strengths and weaknesses of potential partners.

  • Develop value propositions for partners in line with the company’s offerings and market expectations.

2. Identification and closing of strategic partnerships

  • Identify new strategic partners and develop a network of key relationships in the HRIS sector in key International Territories (North America and EMEA)

  • Define and structure strategic partnerships to maximize value for 365Talents.

  • Establish partnership agreements (commercial, contractual and operational agreements).

  • Negotiate the terms and conditions of alliances and ensure the proper execution of contracts.

3. Partner relationship management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners.

  • Organize regular monitoring meetings to evaluate the results of partnerships and adjust strategies.

  • Manage partner expectations and resolve any issues that may affect the relationship.

  • Train and support internal teams on partnership management.

4. Monitoring performance indicators (KPI)

  • Define clear performance objectives for each partnership and monitor their achievement.

  • Implement reporting and analysis tools to assess the effectiveness of alliances.

  • Propose corrective actions in the event of non-achievement of objectives.

5. Internal collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to align offers with market needs and partner expectations.

  • Provide support to the sales team in customer management or in sales processes relating to partnerships.

6. Competitive and sectoral monitoring

  • Ensure continuous monitoring of market developments, sectoral trends and competitor movements.

  • Analyze the impact of strategic alliances on 365Talents’ competitive position and propose strategic adjustments if necessary.

The job is based in Paris but you can work from home a few days per month and you can travel for work at least once a month across the listed territories.


Profil recherché

Must have :

  • you have more than 5 years of experience of partner-facing business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales in the HRIS sector in the following territories: France, North America, EMEA…

  • experienced of more than 7+ years in the Enterprises SaaS industry

  • able to quickly understand technical (AI) and business (HR/Talent/Skills) concepts

  • you speak fluently English and French

  • you’re based in Paris

Nice to have :

  • you speak an additional language (Spanish, Swedish, Deutsch…)
