As Team lead onboarding, you will manage a team of onboarders (in charge of the implementation of Agicap tool) in a fast-growing scale-up.
Context:
Following its growth, the onboarding team is now structured into 2 sub-teams to ensure the best support for team members.
The current Manager of the team needs the support of 2 team leads to ensure: smooth management of the team, and strong delivery of performance. One Team lead is recruited internally, the other one externally.
This position is divided into two parts:
- 70% of client facing (onboarding our clients)
- 30% management of a team of 3 to 5 onboarders with the support of the current Manager
Missions:
Weekly performance management: individual coaching & pipe reviews to ensure objectives achievements and team members’ development (Quantitative: accountable for sub-team objectives (MRR onboarded / upsell…) ;Quality: helping to improve the interaction with our client & help the team to find the best set-up)
Be responsible for the proper application of processes within the team
You act as a role model for the team in terms of values, performance and knowledge, and support your team where necessary
Ensure the development of team members managed
Identify & prioritize improvement projects (organization of the team, training needs, …)
You stay close to our customers, by having a customer portfolio of your own
You stay in touch with our processes, our product & the best practice of implementation that you can then transmit to your team
You have a first successful management or at least coaching experience and know to lead, coach and develop team members.
You have several years’ experience in a customer-focused role, working with high-level contacts (senior executives, CFOs, etc.).
Ideally either in a financial or strategy consulting role or in an ERP, TMS or SaaS implementation role
Autonomy skills to take over a team quickly and efficiently
French speaker (also fluency in English)
