You will work closely with Albert School’s General Manager Switzerland to prepare the launch of the Swiss Market duplicating the model already in place in France.

You will be a Swiss knife, and throughout your mission, no two days will look the same.

Some of the main missions you will be working on:

1. Sales / Student admissions

• Build the reputation of Albert School in Switzerland

• Recruit top-performing students through marketing, orientation fairs, high school interventions, etc

• Select top students (roughly 1 candidate in 8 is admitted to Albert School)

• Participate in events across France and Switzerland to promote Albert School

1. Product / Academics

• Recruit and manage a team of top-notch teachers / lecturers.

• Prepare an amazing student experience through unique courses content, socialization moments and other activities

1. Partnerships

• Develop strong corporate relations & establish a network of top-notch entrepreneurs supporting Albert School

1. Operations

• Identify and launch the first campus in Switzerland

• Understand and comply with local regulations

Albert School Switzerland targets are:

• Launch in September 2025 with c. 60 students registered

• 2026: 150 students, 2030: 1000+ students

A first experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, finance, startup/scale up).
