You will support the Growth Team in implementing our e-commerce strategy to manage and increase our e-commerce revenues. You will be responsible for driving the growth, development, and profitability of our webstores, marketplaces, and e-commerce platform.
E-commerce strategy and performance optimization:
Identify new opportunities to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
Maximize user revenues and average cart through onsite search, A/B testing, personalizations, vouchers, cross-sell, up-sell, etc.
Implement an SEO strategy to maximize product visibility on the Arturia Store.
Monitor e-store and marketplace performance, generate reports, and devise action plans.
Conduct market research on new e-commerce sites and evolving practices on marketplaces.
Market Expansion and Campaign Management:
Direct e-commerce actions on marketplaces and key accounts, in coordination with Sales and Channel Marketing teams.
Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to define and implement advertising campaigns on the Arturia webstore, various marketplaces, and Amazon Stores.
Create or coordinate platform-specific e-commerce content (videos, banners, texts) for store pages and A+ product pages.
Collaborate with the CRM and Data team to maximize conversion rates, multi-purchase, and customer loyalty through upgrade and cross-grade scenarios.
Master’s degree in marketing, communication studies or equivalent
Experience in e-commerce environment (management of online sales channels)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams.
Autonomy, attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
Fluent English written and spoken; French is a bonus
